The One Piece Card Game OP-17 "The World's Strongest Warriors" (set code: OP-17) is Bandai's 4th Anniversary Booster Pack, released worldwide on August 28, 2026. OP-17 is Bandai's first Global Simultaneous Release for the game: the English and Japanese versions launched on the very same day, so this English box went tournament-legal at the same moment as Japan — no more waiting for the meta to shift overseas before it lands here.

Themed around the road toward the Four Emperors and the new island of Elbaf, OP-17 spotlights legendary fighters and powerhouse warriors from across the One Piece story as part of the game's 4th anniversary celebrations. Bandai confirmed 131 new cards plus 4 additional card types in the set, and anniversary sets have historically carried the game's most premium card treatments.

For players, OP-17 also marks the moment the competitive format shifts to same-day worldwide legality — this English box is the format's home turf from day one.
